Place of origin: the Arroscia Valley. Vineyards of Ortovero, mostly from the vineyard in the Canei region. Lean, alluvial soil containing sand.
Vine training technique: Guyot
Harvest date: mid-September, grapes are picked manually and placed in 20-kg perforated crates.
Winemaking and ageing: skin-contact maceration for four days. Fermentation and ageing exclusively in steel, where the malolactic fermentation is carried out. Available from the first spring
